About this website

Aduvus provides information about strategy, app development, client acquisition, web development and branding. These terms address use of this website. Aduvus is a business operated by 1001721052 ONTARIO INC. in Ontario, Canada. Questions can be sent to info@aduvus.com.

Enquiries and service agreements

Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or commit either party to a project. Scope, deliverables, fees, payment dates, timelines, ownership, confidentiality, cancellation and other project conditions will be set out in a separate agreement. Any agreed project contract governs those services.

The project form prepares a draft in your email application; it does not automatically send a message. You are responsible for reviewing the recipient and contents and choosing whether to send it.

Permitted use

You may use the site to learn about Aduvus and make legitimate enquiries. Do not use it for unlawful activity, impersonation, spam, attempts to gain unauthorized access, disruption, or distribution of malicious content.

Website content

Website text, branding, graphics and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights held by Aduvus or their respective owners. You may view the site and share links. These terms do not grant a licence to reproduce or commercially exploit protected material beyond permissions provided by applicable law or the relevant rights holder.

Architectural scenes and the climber are illustrative generated imagery. They are not representations of actual Aduvus premises, staff or completed client projects. Service descriptions do not guarantee particular revenue, ranking, acquisition or other commercial results.

Information you send

Only send information you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal data through ordinary email. If confidential materials are necessary for a project, arrange an appropriate process with us first. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and third parties

We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but content may change and errors or interruptions may occur. External services, links and your email application have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those independent services.

Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, general website information is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Project-specific responsibilities and limitations belong in the separate service agreement.

Changes and questions
